Ravindra Dhanka is from a town near Jaipur. He belongs to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community. He completed his graduation in Hindi from Delhi University, and now works as a full-time activist, driven by deep commitment to social justice and democratic values.

His activism is inspired by the ideas and struggles of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Jyotiba Phule, and Periyar E.V. Ramasamy, whose thoughts continue to guide his efforts toward equality, dignity, and the empowerment of marginalized communities.

Aditi Singh completed her Master’s in Hindi from the Central University of Rajasthan and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Calcutta University. She is currently based in Delhi.

Aditi has directed numerous successful humanitarian projects, notably with orphans in Kolkata and Adivasi in Jaharkhand.

Devibala Palanivel is an Executive Committee member of PATCA, that supports Dalit and Adivasi communities in Chennai via three after-school learning programs - Thanthai Periyar Centre, Jeeva Centre, and Ambedkar Rational Centre.

Arun Boudh is Co-Founder and the Executive Director of Lokuttara Leadership Academy. He is a graduate in BA Malayalam literature from BM College in Mavelikara, Kerala, and completed his diploma in Buddhism and Social work course at Nagarjuna Training Institute in Nagaloka in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He is a Buddhist practitioner practicing in Triratna Bouddha Maghasangh as a Dhammamitra. He organizes lectures and conferences on Ambedkarism.

Akanksha Pandey is the Director of Shikshit Bharat School in the Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh. She is a humanitarian dedicated to supporting Dalit and underprivileged communities by ensuring that their children receive education.
